UK & EU 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the UK or Europe, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. For reasons of hygiene, any products item which have been opened may not be returned, unless faulty. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging (containing film if applicable).
For returns in the UK & EU within the 14 day cooling off period, please refer to the following:
1) To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@reserve1934.com and we will provide you with the information necessary for the return. Please DO NOT ship any goods to our registered company address in the UK, these returns will not be accepted. We will provide you with the correct warehouse address when you email us.
2) Please note as stated above, for reasons of hygiene, any products item which have been opened may not be returned, unless faulty. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging (containing film if applicable).
3) Only products purchased on this website may be returned to us.
4) Products must be returned with a copy of the shipping invoice.
5) Please note, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods with your local carrier. Cost may vary depending on your local carrier and country which you are returning from. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage when posting your return.
6) We will not accept returns if you package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged to our warehouse.
7) If your return is accepted, please note shipping costs and duties/taxes/ custom taxes will not be refunded.
Damages and issues
If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the courier delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged”.
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not ship items back without written instructions from us. The following are the conditions that apply to the returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
1) We only accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Please note we are not liable for wear and tear and/or accidental damage.
2) To start the return, you must contact us and send us a photo of the product and your claim to customerservice@reserve1934.com. Please DO NOT ship any goods to our registered company address in the UK, these returns will not be accepted.
3) The products must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery according to the instructions we provide to you by email.

6) Note that any shipping, duties and/or custom taxes you have incurred will not be refunded.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In addition, we do not accept returns on Discovery Sets or samples.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once received, it may take up to two weeks for refunds to be processed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@reserve1934.com.
